QT-1 Piano Metronome

The QT-1 Metronome (Wood Grain) is a compact quartz metronome. Its volume level allows you to hear the beat over loud music. There are two different beat sounds to choose from. This piano metronome also features a flashing red indicator light, and tempos that can be arranged from forty to two hundred and eighty beats per minute. It’s available in various colors such as wood grain, teal, black, and black/electric purple.

I bought this yamaha metronome for my children who began lessons this past fall. They believe its a cool gizmo and discover it to be user friendly. They’re six and eight. I keep in mind my old metronome when I was small that swung back again and forth so this one appears a small bit high tech to me. I adore the wood grain, it is much darker and more chocolate than the photo shows. It does not appear so orange in reality. It is nearly like ebony stained oak and it’s not so glossy but more matte. I have a mahogany grand piano and it doesn’t detract from the piano at all.

I don’t worry about it scratching the piano when I rest it on the surface. The volume is great and the selection of tones is enjoyable as well. Easily portable. I highly suggest it. This metronome includes a cool style, simple to use with the dials on the bottom and also the light on the top as well as the click make it a great purchase. No complaints here.

I would highly recommend utilizing a metronome while practicing your instrument. If you can get good timing while actively playing, it creates this kind of amazing difference to how good you can sound. This metronome particularly came suggested by my piano teacher simply because it reliably produces a powerful, obvious, beat. So far, it hasn’t disappointed. If you do not need extras like a built-in tuner or headphone jack, then I think this is a good buy.
